PRESCHOOL CURRICULUM FRAMEWORK

At Udichi, our preschool curriculum is thoughtfully designed to nurture every young learner’s academic, social, physical, and emotional development. We combine play-based foundational learning with natural, child-led exploration; ensuring children build confidence, early inquiry skills, and a lifelong joy for discovery through our own custom-crafted programs across Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.

Academic Framework

Our activity-based early childhood framework eliminates commercial textbooks in favor of a proprietary, teacher-crafted curriculum tailored for Playgroup through UKG, mapping learning targets directly to key developmental milestones for a smooth transition to elementary school. It is delivered through hands-on materials, teaching aids, and interactive visual kits, the program focuses on four core pillars: Language & Communication (phonics, pre-writing, and storytelling), Pre-Math & Sensory Logic (numeracy, spatial awareness, and sorting), Physical & Fine Motor Development (gross motor balance and fine motor skills), and Health, Personal & Environmental Awareness (self-care habits, social-emotional well-being and eco-friendly exploration).

Pedagogical Approach

At Preschool, we approach to make early learning intuitive, joyful and tailored to each child’s developmental timeline, it centers on interactive, child-led discovery. Our teaching is based on play and sensory learning, where we follow the child's own interest through fun, hands-on activities. We plan fresh activities and crafts every month based on season and skill goals, provide individual care with group play as per each child's pace, and follow a step-by-step grade-wise growth from gentle settling in Playgroup to structured hands-on learning in UKG; while working closely with parents.
